i was just wondering , when do you start giving chics grit and oyster?

I offer grit freechoice as soon as I start giving them greens and delicious bugs. As long as they are just on starter, they won't need and grit. Oyster shell they won't need until they start laying. Not before.

as long as they only eat starter, no treats, they do not need it. oyster shells are only needed when they start layying eggs. (helps buils the egg shells)
