Feeding Question

Hello all,

Just wondering when do I switch from starter feed to layer feed? I have 2 Ameraucanas and three Rhode Island Reds and I just had the first 2 eggs from either one or both of the Ameraucanas (both eggs are blue)?

I usually switch from starter/grower to layer upon seeing the first egg. So I would say go ahead and make the switch if all the birds are the same age.

I believe that are really close to that same age, they were chicks when we got them back in March 15th. I have heard that the layer feed can mess up the non layers system so that is no the case here?
