feeding scratch for treats

I have 12 RIR,s eight weeks old,are that too young yet to have a bit of scratch feed for a treat?

i would say yes thats too young... unless you gave them just the littlest bit and only after they ate... but let me give you a bump and see if anyone else has any opinions..

ours are 8 weeks & under, my husband & son give them scratch treats daily... We just make sure they have chick grit. Those birds eat all day long, so I don't worry too much about the scratch treats. Hope this help!
