Feeding The Wild Birds At Ponds...

Hey All

Whenever I see people feeding the wild ducks, geese or swans at any pond (and I'm guilty of this too) it's always bread that they're fed.
I can't imagine that there's not a healthier food to feed them. Is there? What should these beauties get instead of lousy bread?

I take a coffee can full of Flock Raiser (my chicken feed) to the park with me to give to the ducks and geese there. They love it!

Swans & Geese like Romane lettuce and greens, ducks too as well as frozen peas.
