Feeding Too Much?

I have 5 chickens living on natural dirt and hay etc. They've been living like that for about 5 years. We rake, turn the soil over and there's never any smell. Do you think these chickens have worms? They are the healthiest group of chickens we've had (out of four groups over 20 years).
