Feeding two day old chicks

I have six females and one of them has not eaten yet. She drank water but no eats.
Any suggestions on what maybe I could give her besides the crumbles.

Try taking a little bit of crumbles and mixing it with water to make a paste, I did this and the chick ate it. Good luck. Just don't keep the mixture very long at all, just do a little at a time then throw that out.And make new . Hope this helps the baby.
