I have a question, my Landlord's freezer was accidently turned off for a couple of days and everything defrosted. It has since been turned back on and has been for a couple of weeks. He thinks it would be a good idea to feed the Icelandic chickens the meat. I feel pretty confident that this has not been the first time the meat has been defrosted and refrozen. Also the meat is wild game that was harvested in 2017. Your thoughts?
The chickens are pasture raised, on organic layer feed and range in ages 3+ to less than a year.
