How big is the feeder? I think mine is for 11 pounds. I add 1-1.5 three quart scoops per day. Sorry to mix pounds and quarts.

They don't spill any and if they do they eat it. It is a hanging feeder.

I'll wait for the more experienced to chime in. I just don't see 11 birds eating 15#/day.

I'm thinking there are birds or mice getting into it. That's what is going on in mine. It's a 7lb feeder for 5 birds and they go through a feeder a day if I just fill it up

Their is no way a bird or mouse can get into the coop it has hard ware mesh..
