feeding ???

How much do you feed your baby quails? Mine are 3 days old. I switched from sprinkling their food on paper towels to placing in the bowl now. They jump right in and peck away. Do I need to give them a certain amount?

No. Feed should always be available 24/7 free choice. They will eat what and when they need it. No need to monitor.
