Sorry to hear about your traumatic event! That sounds very stressful.
Chickens really are impressively durable. I second the notion to separate her out from the flock. It will be more stress on her when she's healing to have the other chicks pick on her, which they likely will. It's like chickens sense weakness and take advantage of it. Then you can keep an eye on her. A large dog kennel, or if you have spare chicken wire you could rig a temporary enclosure. Keep her warm and calm, maybe cover whatever you put her in partially with a blanket so she feels safe. It's hard exactly to know what could have happened with her. It's good that she is able to move. Doesn't seem like you can really do anything other than keep her comfortable and hope she can heal herself.
