So all in, we had a good week. Sold eight birds and some stuff from our garden, and picked up 14 new layers and guineas for free. But on the flipside, had two keets not make it, two peachicks die, and my only brahma suffocated herself.

So do mine. I lost a vert sweet BO a couple months ago. So heart breaking.

I am so sorry for your loss. I think everyone has that ‘one chicken’ that is extra sweet to you and mine is a barred rock named Bess. She has been besties with my daughter forever. It would break my heart if something happened to her.

I’m sorry this happened , it’s never easy to loose an animal, i lost my sweet olive egger, Dart early this year, she was hatched last summer by my hen Bear.
