So far we’ve had invasions (Or at least it feels like it) of snakes, toads, ants, wasps, yellow jackets, crickets, army worms, raccoons, and tonight I had a huge roach run under my feet in the kitchen! The wasps and the snakes probably win the prize for sheer terror Induced. 20 snake encounters in 2 months fried my nerves and then yesterday I was standing under our metal carport putting on bug spray when I heard a strange buzzing. Well I looked up and there were so many wasps I couldn’t see anything else luckily I was standing in front of the door to porch so I was able to run inside. It turned out they’ve been nesting in the metal pipes of the carport undisturbed for who knows how long and when I started spraying bug spray had it ticked them off.

Sorry if this is incoherent but I just felt the need to rant. It’s been one thing after another this year.

Maybe pharaoh will let your people go now?

My parents have army worms in their backyard, killed all their grass. I've never heard of these things before and it seems this year, so many people are having problems! Hope you get all your "bugs" figured out
Funnily enough the only control found for army worms is an army chickens. It took 35 chickens about a week to eat 1/2 an acre worth of the things

It's been a crazy year for snakes here too. I hadn't seen one in a few days until I went out to feed up and ONE FELL FROM A TREE 10 FT FROM ME wrapped around a bird.
It was a rough fall, but after lying there a minute, he finished his meal and left. The lowest branches on that particular tree are 16 ft up, so it was quite a fall.

Whelp, its a shame... I really enjoyed going outside.
