The baby chicks in the brooder constantly have poop stuck to their feet. When I pull it off the nail comes with it. Anyone have any suggestions?

Soak their feet in some warm water then carefully rub the feet to get it off.

Thank you for the info. I'm moving them to a different brooder today. They are all 2-3 weeks old now.
