My bag of multi colored wool came. I'll get a picture in a few minutes. It does have yellow, but it's a very bright yellow like a banana.

Currently waiting for a bag of 1lbs Dandelion Yellow gets restocked. Yellow is like the hardest color to get in bulk.

You can dye wool at any stage of the process. You can dye wool that is already dyed, to change or tweak the color.

Wool, being a protein fiber, needs an acid dye. Interestingly enough, good ol' Kool-Aid will work.

If you want to do a lot of it, I highly recommend the Gay Wool line of dyes. They have the mordant (what makes the color "stick" to the fiber) in it, and the color you see is the color you get. Any color to the wool itself will affect that, of course. I've gotten some gorgeous colors dyeing grey and brown wools.

I don't think I have the room.

Acid dyes are sold on Amazon, which is convenient.

I didn't think about dying already colored wool.
