Your female budgie does not need help at this stage. Budgie eggs hatch every two days until all the eggs have hatched. When she needs help she will, likely, allow the male to do so. In any event there is nothing you can do. Stop worrying and enjoy your birds. Is this their 1st nest?

First time is always ify with any bird. My advice is to let nature take its course and hope for the best.
