Oh okay. Is she laying eggs? Sometimes egg trouble can put them off their food, but that wouldn't explain the breathing issues. She is a handicap duck so she can't stand properly.
Do you have any VetRX, or probiotics?

Yes she layed an egg before yesterday and nothing stuck in her nares outside i have checked. Hm for respiratory issue I'm giving doxycycline from last night nothing else.Is she laying eggs? When did she last lay? Is there anything stuck in her nares that could explain the sneezing/breathing?
Just checking, we arent sure what the cause is yet, but let's try and be prepared for anything. Do you have much to hand? Any activated charcoal, any coconut oil? Any VetRX, or anything to support respiratory issues?
For now i don't have that but let me try to find out vet rx if it is available here.Oh okay. Is she laying eggs? Sometimes egg trouble can put them off their food, but that wouldn't explain the breathing issues.

Yes i heard that noise continuously from last night so that's why i have started to give her doxycycline as i have no more Antibiotics at this time. Is Vet RX is for this issue ? Than i will definitely go and must find out that one. Hopefully it's available here. How long has she been on the antibiotic? maybe a probiotic would help. Antibiotics can cause tummy upset.
Can you hear wheezing or crackling if you listen to her breathe?
We have Vet RX over here that is suppose to help with breathing, can you get that in Pakistan?
just to be sure of your meaning, did she lay yesterday or the day before? Was the egg soft shelled/small?Yes she layed an egg before yesterday and nothing stuck in her nares outside i have checked. Hm for respiratory issue I'm giving doxycycline from last night nothing else.
The day before and yes egg is small in size and soft shelled but not showing any abdominal discomfort.just to be sure of your meaning, did she lay yesterday or the day before? Was the egg soft shelled/small?
Does she have access to oyster shells? Is she displaying signs of abdominal discomfort, like lifting her tail up and down?
If she is a consistent layer, and its been more than 24 hours since her last egg, I would maybe give her some calcium gluconate just in case.
But there's still the mystery of her breathing issues, and whether her lack of appetite is actually connected to that.
Breathing hard/panting can happen when an egg is stuck, but the sneezing is odd, unless she was simply clearing her nares out/had just dunked her head in the water when you observed that symotom.
Alright let me try this may this help her in breathing.Vet RX is like Vicks vapor rub for human except the VetRX is liquid. A dry swipe across the nares and some added to their water is suppose to help.
here is some info on using the doxy.https://www.backyardchickens.com/threads/help-please-doxycycline-dosage.1158582/page-2
