Female duck sneezing and not eating from 12 hours

Try to keep her eating even chopped or liquid is better than nothing.
Keeping her hydrated is important.
How is her breathing today?

She is still panting and recently she through watery liquid from her nose and discharge from eyes.
I went to the vet yesterday, the vet has prescribed antibiotic which I am giving her.

But she is not eating again which is bothering me so much. May i start hand feeding?

If she'll eat by hand feeding then by all means do it you mean just putting feed in your hand for her to eat? Will she eat a mix of feed with warm water making it like a soup? I sure hope the antibiotic will help get her over this.

Yes i will give her liquid food forcefully by using dropper. I pray she will recover soon

Just be very careful to do this very slow so she doesn’t aspirate. Let her swallow after each time you use the dropper.
