We have a female pekin who seems to be causing problems, I'm not sure exactly what she is doing and why but it's getting her in trouble. She does this whole head bobbing thing. Since she has started doing it our two female mallards started too. I tried looking up a video and this is the only one I see the ducks doing what she is doing so heres the vid. It's at :31
She's been doing it to our gander. And today when we ran out for an hour to do some stuff and came back I noticed she was a bit banged up looking so I grabbed her and looked at her and sure enough she's had a few feather's plucked out of her back and was bleeding (right in the middle of her back between her wings). I am assuming he got tired of her and attacked her. Is there a reason she is doing this? Is it a dominance thing? All of my ducks are about 4 months old or so. Along with the Gander, he's about 5-6 months and our female goose is a little over a year.

And I know, no fertile eggs are going to come of a duck/goose combo
