I read around a bit before posting. She usually has a very high pitch annoying quack all day. Now she has a very quiet quack all of the sudden this morning. 1st things first, she is 100% a female. I read that this happens to males but I know for sure she is a female. She is drinking and eating fine and doing her normal things this morning. P.s my ducks are free range so they just wander all day. I looked in her mouth and didn't see anything. They have been playing in this dirty pond in the woods recently so maybe she could have picked something up from that? Not sure.

How's your duck doing now? It sounds like she may have some irritation and/or inflammation in her throat that's affecting her ability to quack. While you don't mention hoarseness, this thread may still be helpful, particularly as it relates to treating with raw ACV and coconut oil: https://www.backyardchickens.com/t/1013052/my-duck-is-hoarse.
