Female Pekins Fighting

Any advice still welcome.
This week I have kept them separated in their pen. Putting them all together is disastrous. To make things worse now the other girl will gang up against the other.
So Lucy is the one being attacked.
Tinkerbell is attacking Lucy.
Derp is female too and if she sees Tinkerbell attacking Lucy she'll join in and attack Lucy too.
Alfalfa is my drake and doesn't care.

When I separate them I can put
Lucy with Alfalfa
or Lucy with Derp
But Tinkerbell has to stay away from Lucy.

I love my ducks so much but this is a nightmare.
i even tried to give them a common thing to bond over and gave them a whole watermelon but they fought thru that too.

Wow this makes me a bit nervous for when my females get bigger. I guess they're the same as chickens... We lost our top hen in our chicken flock from reproductive issues and ever since everyone is figuring out who is boss. It's a hot mess
Generally Hen Ducks don't fight so I'm thinking more Drakes than the OP thinks..

Do you have pictures of all your ducks?

If it were me and I know this is not possible for most people due to space, I would make two flocks of ducks. It's so stressful when you see your animals being injured and they can't talk to tell you what the problem is...

Crazy...Your absolutely sure you don't have more Drakes? What are you feeding and pen size?
I'm certain I only have 1 drake- Alfalfa. He doesn't quack.
The other 3 quack loudly- and for about a year and a half I was getting 3 eggs a day every day.
And I know Alfalfa is the boy cause...we'll....he's not shy about showing his goods.

The Run is pretty large. about 15ft wide and probably close to 50ft long. And they have their house that they get put in only at night and they have another shelter for the day. They have a pool and 5 buckets for water and 2 bowls for food.
The get a mixture of Mazuri waterfowl, treats daily like veggies or mealworms, and they have regular access to crushed oyster shell...even though they're not really laying anymore. Just in case.
I used to let them out of the pen after work until dusk, but now I can only let them out 2 at a time for free ranging so they don't get to do that as often anymore because they fight.
I'll try to get a picture to upload.

In this one Alfalfa- the drake is on the far right and the rest are the girls

And here he's in the front while Tinkerbell Attacks Lucy. They're looking a little rough where they were pulling feathers out.
