Female quail has no tail feathers?

Hi, all of my female quail are missing their tail feathers. They are 2-3 months old, and they are Northern Bobwhites. Please note:

1)These quail are humanly handled

2)Out of my 13 quail, there are 4 males

3)I DO NOT and I repeat DO NOT raise these quail for meat, they are only for eggs and observation.

More than likely missing due to the males when they are trying to mate. I have had a similar problem with the Coturnix quail that I have. They are REALLY good at mating, lol. Nothing really to worry about. If it starts getting worse, take away 2-3 males, and they should be fine.
