Is it possible for a female turkey to gobble she is around 8 months old. She does not have a beard she submits to be mated. She has not laid any eggs yet but yesterday she started fanning her tail feathers strutting and gobbling

A very few people have claimed that their hen gobbles. It is normal for hens to strut and display especially during breeding season.

I have never heard a hen gobble.

Oh. I have a friend who has 2 hens that do… so it bought it would be normal

They would “puff up” like a male does, but I can assure you they were females.

My hens all puff up, strut, when they are mad. So far none have gobbled

She looks like a hen to me does she to you

I don’t think it’s normal for hens to gobble. She does appear to be female though.
