I have these two Royal Palm Heritage Turkeys, I thought they were both boys since they both fan out if I play turkey sounds and have semi-long snoods, but recently one has gotten a lot more red/blue on its head and is gobbling a lot, as well as displaying more when I play sounds from my phone. He's definitely a boy, so my main question is, is the other a female or just a less dominant male? The feathers on her/his neck go up higher too, which I know is sometimes an indicator of a female.

They're 5 months old, hatched the beginning of August. The first two pictures of the "male" was before I played sounds and got him worked up. The second two are after he displayed. The "female?" didn't react to the videos or gobble/display.

Thank you in advance!

Done! My wifi is down due to a wind storm right now so it took a while to upload, but pics posted!
Both appear to be male. To be sure, check for feathers on the top of the subordinate one's head. From your photos it does not appear so.

The subordinate one may be late developing.
