Okay. I will attempt that, this swab is happening no matter what lol. It may take a couple tries and I may get a couple pecks lol but it’s worth it, I just need to get a very good sample for them of her saliva

Swab done, went pretty well, I was able to roll it on the roof of her mouth and move it around a bit and definitely got some wet saliva/ mucus from her mouth. On the way to the lab with her swab now so they can send it off for testing today, hopefully will have results on the mycoplasma within a few days and go from there

They told me when I dropped off her sample that they will actually test for a few different things so that’s good that I’ll know multiple at once I should receive results in few days

So for some reason they only tested for the mycoplasma right now for MS and MG and she tested negative for both!!! So I’m very relieved that that is crossed off the table now it’s a relief now when the pathologist who is on her case is back on Thursday we are calling to ask about the other tests he said they would do, he said they were going to also screen for avian influenza and Newcastle? We wanna test for all we can to get her better. NO MYCOPLASMA

I know I’m very happy that she was negative on that I kinda had a feeling she would be but it’s nice to have it confirmed with lab testing cause it sounded like an awful thing to have. And these two diseases also sound like it, I’m sure she will too but it’s nice to just have it confirmed from there I’m not sure what else we can screen for? He asked us last week if we would be willing to try to even get a blood sample POSSIBLY.
