When coming in with some chemical or paint.. I would step into the hallway or room and say in a nice loud-ish voice... "Here I come to save the day!!".

Or.. when they complain...say "take a number, there are 5 people ahead of you waiting to complain".

The part I would NOT stand for is "Here comes Stinky Heather." That is a form of harrassment. Also they are not letting you do your job in peace.
You can do something about THAT.
You could be polite and put up cones with a taped sign saying "Caution, odors ahead". If they complain, ask if they read the sign, then just shake your head and continue.
Name calling and constantly coming up to you when you have to do your job, that needs to stop.
The rest of it is when you need to have your i-pod on and your ear phones in or ON your ears.
