female zebra finch... ill or about to lay an egg. help

I have a pair and I noticed today tht the female was not able to fly properly and was sitting at the bottom of the cage puffed up... I dont know tht shes about to lay an egg or shes ill.. the pair had made its own nest and they do some time sit in it. She is just sitting there and when I touch her she just flys a little an sits again this type of behaivor wasnt there before. If someone could help me with this I am worried this has just started today
