Yeah I find that you just have to wait. I have a few that even now at 9 weeks Im still looking at them going ... ummm... could go either way! Remember... even hens have red and little combs. SO just because there is some red... DONT FREAK! I find google images helps a lot though

Yep, he just started growing in the narrow, pointy hackle and saddle feathers. He is going to be such a gorgeous boy when he is fully mature. So far he is still solid blue with no leakage. He is going to replace the male in my avatar. So that would make my two roosters a splash and a blue, much easier colors to work with.
