My female blue swedish duck cant get hight in her flights. She holds her right wing weirdly when she tries. She doesn't fully extend it. I cant catch her really and got her about 2 weeks ago. Any ideas on what's going on? Shes been like this since I first got her. Shes in with chickens, male duck, and a pair of turkeys. She was in with a bunch of waterfowl and chickens (that managed to make it into their pen) before coming to me

I can't tell from the video if something is wrong with her wings or not, but Blue Swedish ducks cannot fly, they just aren't built for it, they are heavy bodied ducks and are bred as dual purpose for both eggs and meat. Even if she is in perfect condition and nothing is wrong with her wings or anything else, she will never be able to truly fly.

Okay. Am planning on building a ramp right there. The panel is up due to trying (trying being the key word. XD) to house a couple of rabbits for breeding

A ramp would help or a block/step up would work. I'm not sure if the rabbits will then be able to get over too though  Since ducks can be pretty clumsy I think if you want them to go up and over the partition you have to build something for them.
