I've had my PoultryNet fencing from Premier up since late September. We are in a suburban/bordering on rural area in Albany, NY. It has been AMAZING so far!! I literally think I would worry all day and night if I didn't have it. So far nothing has gotten in--and we live in an area with raccoons, foxes, coyotes, bears, bobcats...you name it!!! My dogs have each touched the fence and YIPED, running back to the house. I would imagine any animal would do the same. We got the 48" high, double spike, regular PoultryNet since we have flat, good soil. I move it weekly to fresh ground and the chickens LOVE it! The only thing you still have to worry about are hawks--but I have cover sporadically dropped in the yard (hubby made little "pallet tables" and I put two giant dog crate halves out there, too). We got the Kube energizer and it packs a punch! Can do up to 7 sections of PoultryNet. Right now, we only have one, and that still does 1600sf!!

The price is the only deterring factor, in my opinion. If you can't truly free-range, this is a great, safe alternative. (Plus, I don't have poop all over the decks/walkways!)
