Fenced in space needed for Goats

What kind of space do I need to 2 goats in a fenched in area? Would a 40 x 20 area be enought for them? I could make it larger if needed.

Also can I walk them like dogs down the block?

I have 2 goats and mine is 25x50 and that seems to be plenty. I also let them free range in the afternoon with the chickens. I don't walk mine, but yes you can walk them on a leash.

Goats don't require as much space as I thought....maybe I have room. Wouldnt that make my HOA lay eggs??????
