No. Just ferment the feed that you would normally feed them. If you use chick starter, ferment that, if you use layer, ferment that... Mixing other seeds in will most likely cut your protein content. And, if it's 95 - 100, I'd keep it in the house.
 
If kept outside how long should it take for fermentation
I do mine in a 5 gallon bucket & wait 3 days to feed. I have 34 chickens & a duck. They eat about 2 to 2.5 gallons/day. They love anything fermented- wheat, corn, feed. It helps them stay hydrated In the summer.
 
OK I normally mix chick and chicken feed to keep my hens laying.

As long as you provide oyster shell for your layers you can feed everyone unmedicated chick starter. Chicks shouldn't have layer feed as the calcium content is too high.

Mine don't eat oyster so I do a handful of crushed dried egg shells everyday when they are on chick feed.

K I will ferment 3 gallons to start and see hoiw much they eat.
