Fermented Feed

We currently have about 65 chickens. We have been doing fermented feed from about 4 weeks of age and have had great success. As our flock grows, so does the bucket that we have to use.....anyone with a large flock fermenting? We have outgrown a 5 gallon bucket per day. Now what? (Yes, 2 buckets is the easy answer).
Any other ideas?

also, do you strain or add just enough to make the feed batter consistency?

Could you go for a ten gallon? That's a lot of chickens!
