I tried to preserve lemons one time, like the Moroccan preserved lemons. I barffed my head off!!! I did something bad wrong. I seriously LOVE lemons. I can sit down with a lemon (or two), knife, salt and when I get done there is nothing left but the seeds! I had to quit buying them at all because they are so hard on your teeth. If they weren't I could eat 2-3/day! I still want to figure out how to preserve them, preferably without killing myself.

oh yeah I love the things to but my teeth are already really terrible. Man kind I wonder what you did wrong on them? I hate to throw up but then again don't know of anyone that enjoys it.

It's sort of like a game...someone starts a story line connected with the case and the other members run with it, trying to keep it funny as all get out but still on point. It has become so fun I can't leave it alone! The candy crush of BYC....

I have not heard of preserved lemon. I will have to look that one up! I freeze the lemon juice and the zest. Is this what you are talking about? I have not heard of him. Lisa

I never thought about that. They usuallly don't last that long at my house. lol Have you seen those preserved lemons? I have read that they are really good to cook with, add a lot of flavor.

You could also make Lemon Curd I didn't even get to eat any of mine last time I made some.
