Hi gang! I've recently started FF for my Malines. We had one cockerel for our Canadian Thanksgiving dinner & he was the best chicken we ever had, despite not being on FF. :) My hope is that FF (with some buttermilk) will be just the right tweak to make these birds even more spectacular. :D Thanks for the pics Triple Willow. ;)

I want to send Beekissed post on pros-cons, and Triple Willows post of recipe, to a friend I have been telling about ff. Is there a way to do that? She isn't on byc, YET!, but was very interested in ff.

Yep...just find the posts with those items in it, copy the link in your tool bar of your browser and place them in an email. When she clicks on them it will take her directly to the page the posts are on...just tell her which post numbers to look for with each link.

You're welcome. :)

Happy Thanksgiving!!! :) I bet that bird was good. I just put a turkey in the roaster myself. The "special occassion" (LOL) is I'm trying to lose some weight so I think turkey and cabbage soup will be my main diet for a few days. So far so good but it is just sooo much more fun putting the weight on than taking it off!
