This does not surprise me in the least. I'm really shocked that we haven't had some big ordeal with a lot of deaths. They keep taking more and more power away from the USDA and putting it in the hands of the companies. The USDA doesn't do that great of a job to start with! It is only going to get worse with the companies "policing" themselves! That is about the stupidest thing ever. It's about like speeding and saying, "Oh I'm speeding, better give myself a ticket!" Yeah right!

That said not to run faucet water over chicken before you cook it...? Shoot, I use to soap it up with dishwashing liquid before I cooked it! Gave it a bubble bath! LOL
