The hog's jowl and cornbread was gone.......used the schmaltz in my iron skillet for my cornbread......absolutely delicious. They were asking what I did differently to it, and I asked them why were they asking. The said it was even better than usual......brown nosers.....Mmmm fried cabbage! ...I'm ready for spring!
