Fertile Bantam Hen -- How long?

I have a Japanese Bantam who was exposed to roosters until about 3 months ago. Since then she has nested and raised a brood of nine chicks. She has just started laying again. Are these eggs likely to still be fertile? How long do eggs remain fertile after a rooster is removed from the hen? Does it vary much with breed?

The hen stays fertile for about 2-3 weeks after the rooster had been with her. I am guessing the eggs she is laying are not fertile
