Fertile egg pipped but no progess

Hey everyone!
I have 6 eggs in the incubator, 2 were not fertile but 4 100% were… today is day 22 and yesterday I woke up to one of the eggs have a pip! It was cheeping and tapping. This morning, I was hoping to wake up to a newborn chick and possibly a few other pipped eggs, but the egg that pipped yesterday looks the exact same. The chick is still alive as I can feel it tapping, and cheeping sometimes. But the other 3 eggs haven’t pipped at all?? Should I be worried?
This is my second time hatching eggs and I’m just so nervous, I think I just need peace of mind haha.
PS photo of pipped egg is from yesterday morning, today it is a bit sort of yellow in colour (slightly)

Yes! Luckily two of the eggs hatched and are now super fluffy and healthy! Once he worked his way through he was out within 10 minutes, it was honestly crazy! Still waiting on 2 more to pip but seeing it’s now day 23 I’m loosing hope for those other 2 eggs

Make sure your counting the days correctly. And humidity is at 65 to 70 percent.
