I have 11 eggs, two which I know are fertile, and the others came from my hens, so I put them all in one box, because that's what one of my friends does as she hatches her own chicks. But I was wondering how to tell if the eggs are fertile, because I don't won't the eggs to rot or anything of that sort.

So if you know anything at all please tell me

:welcome!

To tell if they're fertile, you'll have to either crack them open, which of course defeats the point of hatching, or start incubating and candle them at five days to see if they're developing. This may be a silly question, but do you have a rooster?

When you say you are putting the eggs in a box, do you mean a nesting box? Just leaving the eggs in a nesting box will not get them to hatch.
