Fertile?

I'm just starting out and I'm trying to tell the difference between fertile or infertile .This looks fertile to me? But would appreciate a correction if need be tia

Fertile usually includes a ring around the "spot". I may be missing it since I'm on mobile and the screen on this thing isn't great.

There is the white center dot, then a little orange ring, then a white halo around them all
