fertility ???

You can do both! If you can crack it, and if it has a very distinct circle in a circle, it's fertile.

If you incubate it, and see veins at day 5, it's fertile.

Put it in the bator. You can candle them in 4 days safely. Just keep the egg at the same position to keep from taring up any veining that is occuring

I use an auto turner in a styrofoam bator like a Hova-bator or Little Giant. With a forced air fan. Set at 99 and start out with 60% or so humidity and let it drop down to 30% before refilling the h2o in the bator. On day 18 I move the eggs into a 3 day cycle bator and crank up the humidity.
