Yay im glad, I guess my roo's sneaky and tallented, Because thats my hen, Chip's egg, and shes pretty small like a bantam or something and my rooster is a barred rock. I have never seen him mate a hen so I was not sure if he was.

I have a good feeling about this broody, I just put out some mash for them, and she got off her nest to go eat, and I moved her eggs were I want her to raise them and she ate and drank, (btw its a cold day possible 20 degrees) so I have a tidy cat box with hay and I put her eggs i there, and with the tidy cat box, I have a big dog cage, that has hay in it, so I put her in the dog cage, and the tidy cat with the eggs are in there. I left her water alone but I took a couple of small scoops of feed and put it bye the eggs and gave her a little push toward the eggs so she could see them and she went in and fited the eggs getting them all confy and layed down.


yay! so far she has 8 eggs under her im going to put 4 more under her by tonight
