Just curious... we want to begin hatching our own chicks, and I've looked at pictures of fertilized eggs and such. Our rooster is only 4 months old, so I didn't think anything of it when I cracked some eggs to cook for supper tonight. In comparison to some other photos I have seen, it looks like some could be fertile.
