Here is a good pic from the internet that shows fertilized eggs vs. not. They all have a small white dot, which is normal, but once fertilized it becomes a larger bulls-eye, as others have mentioned.
 
Short and simple - if you don't have a roo and there isn't one magically sneaking in for funny business at night, the eggs can't be fertilized.

And even if they were they'd still taste the same as long as you pick up your eggs daily and keep them cool.
