Sooooo eeek no coturnix chick from me yet picture? I'm curious what color it is, even if you just discribe the color i'll be able to tell you. Does it have defined black stripes on a tan yellow body? If so it's a normal brown. If it's dark almost black with red tints and no other oclor it's a tibetan. If it's dark almost black with red tints and has a yellow throat, and chest it's a tuxedo.

Sorry I have had a very busy week. I will look this weekend and post a picture of each of the quail that hatched. Yours and the Alaskan quail are in together!

Oh yeah and I showed them the courtnix quail eggs and the button quail eggs they were amazed at the tininess of them. Also one of them was pipped and zipped and was latched on still so you could see how they pushed and popped the top off like a lid on the shampoo! they thought that was cool!

OK I had 21 of the 27 make it to hatching they are a mixed breed of Australorp and RIR and Black chickens. All are doing great! They just hatched yesterday. PDSavage, i sent you a PM.....call me!

Crud update, one little guy did not make it so down to 20 of 27.
