Hi all--Amy I bet we will! I am so excited to see all the "old folks" and the new "little folks" too! The time is coming near!
German potato salad sounds great Cind...what will you use for a thickener? I have used rice flour or cornstarch with great success. Now that the kids are gone DH has his bread drawer and cookie jar and all the rest of the kitchen is GF! It is SO MUCH easier to cook! As long as I stay out of the jar and the drawer I can grab anything and give it a whirl! This summer I am planning on experimenting with yeast doughs. There is a new compound that supposedly makes GF flours feel like dough so you can actually knead them! I so miss that!

SInce our bash is so early this year I am bringing some of my Giant Hubbard Squash seeds along. Not sure what else yet. Will anyone have plants to share? I am not sure about that either...I really dong have anything coming up yet! What a winter hey?

I am glad it is thinking about being over!

Yeah, no cancellations. My second mom has her 60th birthday on the 31st. It's going to be a HUGE neighborhood bash. Next year....(as I say every year)...one year...
