Fight Marks or Something Else?

This is my first year with chickens. I've been so lucky and everyone has been healthy and happy and besides having to spray a polish with a few doses of blue-kot I've had no injuries or sickness.

I got three 7 week old chickens yesterday from a local farm and have them in quarantine in a chicken tractor on the far side of our property. We left this afternoon to go to a family reunion and I checked on them before we left. After coming home about 5 hours later two of the 3 chickens have bloody faces. I took a picture of the white one as his/hers is most easily noticeable against the white feathers. Did they get in a fight? Is this some sort of symptom that I should be aware of? The third chicken looks absolutely fine at this time. Since I'm not attached to them at this point I almost wonder if the other injured chicken (not shown) which I belive is a roo should just go ahead and be culled.

If this is a minor scuffle and can be treated I'd like to know how to treat it.

Thoughts, no matter how small, are appreciated as I'm just learning about all of this stuff. :)

(Sorry for the less than stellar picture. I was holding her and trying to take the picture with a cell.)
