Fighting over nest boxes

I have a flock of 12, 22 week old hens, no roos that constantly fight over the nesting boxes. I have 4 main culprits, a Dominique, White Maran, Barred Rock, and a Blue Splash Maran. I have 5 nest boxes, all inside the coop. These four not only want a certain nest box, but they squawk and screem, if any chicken is even in the coop at all. Each one will only shut up, once they have the entire coop to themself. Is this normal, and how do I stop it. It's becoming a daily PITA.

It's pretty normal especially with new layers, and it is for sure a PITA.
