So i have a hen and a rooster and i can tell that the rooster wants to be friends with the rooster cause it approaches the rooster cautiously but the rooster attacks it and the hen runs away like a chicken

And well my question is,Will they get along like my friend said they would(he said in about 2 months)Or should i buy more hens and if so then how tall and how many and what kind?(remember i am in iran so think of a easy one to get a hold of)

This doesn't really sound like a rooster you want to keep if it attacks. What type of attack are you talking about? And if you only have one hen you should get a few more or the rooster will tear her feathers off from mounting her all the time.

well it might be trying to mount her but i cant tell cause the hen runs away andcthe rooster tries to sneak up and attack and the hen tries to sneak up WITHOUT getting attacked but i know it wont die as a result of the rooster and if should buy more hens then how many?

From the little info provided it does not sound like an attack. It sounds like the the two are courting. Chicken mating is not candle lit dinners and roses. It would help to know:
1.How old is each bird? If either is young they might just not know what the others intent is.
2.How long have they been together? Your birds will bond and form relationships with time.
3.Has this rooster even mated? Some roos don't have "it" in them to chase hens and close the deal.
4.Do you have the space for additional hens? A breeding roo can service 20+ hens. One hen is probably not enough for most roosters.
Chicken mating is a bit brutish so it may look like an attack but it is not. Pecking around the face and the back of the head is OK. Kicking while jumping or facing each other is a fight. If your Rooster is puffing up, has his wings opened and kind of dragging them on the ground while he chases the hen don't worry or interfere this is natural courtship. The hen will eventually get caught or lie down so the rooster can climb onto her and mate.
This climbing on and off will damage a hens feathers which is why more hens will lower the strain this places on an individual hen.
Roosters will have favorite hens and no number of additional hens can change this.
Hens can be just as vicious as a rooster. The sooner you mix additional hens in the sooner you have a happy flock
