Ha - I lost my marbles..I stuck 3 more button eggs in the 'bator...my Pied gal ( Angel ) and my Silver Blue Faced female BOTH decided to lay eggs after I quit collecting them to hatch, so "just" to show them a thing or two, or three I stuck'em in the 'bator!! ...along with another egg....

Yeah, but we're talking about an EGG LAYING rooster. (And, I'm not in such bad shape with button quail. I still have a couple of extra roos, but not anything severe.)
 
They are pretty cool. I keep my buttons in my living room. I love watching them and listening to them. I only have 4 pair and an extra hen (my son and his baby chicken had its way with my the missing roo....all is well though). I'm getting about 30-40 eggs every 7-10 days. And now I found a duck egg yesterday. the bator is running great so I think I'm going to set some on Sunday and see what happens. You know what will happen....I'll set these and the emu farm down the road will call with eggs for me to set and I'll have to figure something out.
